I am a graduate from ICPPD with a BA in Holistic Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am a fully accredited member of IACP. I have a BA in Business from Athlone Institute of Technology. I am QQI certified in Training and Development. I work with clients from a variety of backgrounds to support them with a wide variety of issues. I offer a confidential service to give clients support for Anxiety, Depression, Workplace Stress, Overwhelming Feelings, Relationships, Personal Development, Low Mood, Grief and Loss. I am available to provide talks or workshops around Mental Health and Wellbeing, Stress, Resilience and Active Listening in the workplace.
